Australia's highest profile polo event combines the excitement of polo with the best Melbourne has to offer food, wine, sun, the outdoors, the social scene and beautiful, picturesque Portsea.
Portsea Polo attracts over 5000 people who enjoy the event in a variety of corporate marquees, young member marquees, picnic carparks and relaxed general viewing areas in amongst the teatree.

Schedule Gates open at 10am. Games commence at 11.30am, 1pm and 3pm. Presentations at 5pm. Event concludes at 6pm.
General Admission (Adults $50 each, U16 $25 each, U6 free) 500 general admission tickets are available for sale and will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment. General admission ticket holders will be able to view the Polo from the general viewing area immediately beside the polo field.
There will be a public catering outlet in the general viewing area offering a range of delicious foods and a public bar serving icy cold beers, wine and soft drink. General admission ticket holders may bring along snack food, water and soft drink in sealed plastic bottles, as well as fold out chairs and picnic rugs for use in the general viewing area only. You are not permitted to bring eskis, cutlery, sharp knives, glassware, alcoholic beverages, tents, tables or market/cafe umbrellas. Please note: General Admission ticket holders will not have marquee access. If attending as a marquee guest, please contact the marquee site holder for your ticket and any appropriate wristbanding.
Portsea Polo is an over 18 event. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times and no child entertainment is provided. Photo ID must be produced to gain entry. Childrens tickets can ONLY be bought with an adult (parent or guardian) ticket. Legal guardianship requires the adult guardian to be the bearer of a letter from the parent designating guardianship for the duration of the event. Children's tickets are sold on the age of the child at the time of the Portsea Polo, not at the time of purchase.
Car Parking (Onsite Car Parking is available at $10 per vehicle. There are limited carparks available onsite so we suggest you pre-purchase a carpark pass to avoid disappointment. These passes can be purchased online, or at the entry gate on event day providing they have not sold out beforehand. The carpark is in operation from 10am to 6.30pm and please note that cars cannot be left onsite overnight - they must be removed from the site by 7pm.
