Our goal at Sproutix is to make your event experience as easy and efficient as possible.
Our purchase process is designed to provide you with the information you need to ensure a smooth transaction and trouble-free retrieval of your tickets for your chosen event. Please take a minute to read the following:
No Refunds or Exchanges
Sproutix is not able to offer refunds or exchanges of tickets. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event you wish to go to.
If you cannot attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, please contact the appropriate event to inquire about their policy on refunds and/or exchanges. Any allowance is at the discretion of event management. We highly suggest that you make contact with the event's management prior to the event, as management may not issue refunds or provide exchanges after that time.
It is Sproutix's policy not to refund tickets purchased on our Website. At the time of your order, Sproutix removes the requested ticket quantity from the events inventory, reducing the number of tickets available. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed entry, it prevents Sproutix and/or our event partners from reselling tickets in the event that the purchaser does not attend.
*Sproutix booking fees will not be refunded.
Be Prepared to Present Your Credit Card
Many event REQUIRE that you present the actual credit card used to purchase tickets on-line. Please also be prepared to present photo I.D.
Picking Up Your Tickets
Your online and email confirmation pages will provide you with important information, unique to your chosen event, about retrieving or receiving your tickets - should your require more than an e-ticket. Please read carefully.
Payment Methods
Sproutix accepts American Express (some events will not), MasterCard and Visa. We also accept debit cards.
Pricing and Availability
Sproutix sells tickets on behalf of our event partners. Sproutix does not set ticket prices, determine show times, or control ticket availability and inventory.
Sproutix Service Charges
Tickets purchased on Sproutix are subject to a non-refundable per ticket service fee.
